Hello readers, I'm Rohit Mahawar and I'm here to tell you about MEDITATION. We all must have heard about meditation at some point or the other. Here I'll tell you the following important thing which you must know about them:

HISTORY OF MEDITATION

Meditation is an English word which is taken by a Latin word : meditatum. The letin tem meaning of this word is " to ponder" .



the exact origin of Buddhist meditation are always been subject to debate among scholars.

Although we don't know and we can't know the exact time of the meditation when exactly people

started to doing meditation but according to oldest documented evidence of the meditation was

found in indian wall arts from approximately 5000 BCE to 3500 BCE. In this wall a monk has been shown in Meditating posture with half closed eyes. If we are talking about in written

evidence ,was was first found in Vedas around 1500 BCE.




HOW TO DO MEDITATION AS A BEGINNER:

if you are a person who is always asking to people about meditation that how to do meditation ? and how how it reacts on your body and your life? so then not to worry because I am here to tell you about my personal experience and my personal technique which I used to do in My beginner period for doing meditation.

well there's a lot of people who will tell you about the different different variation of meditation but in my opinion I would always like to recommend a simple form of technique to do meditation as a beginner before get jump on the technique we need to know about "AUM" or "OM". when we use it it comes from our voice box to mouth it helps our body organs as an exercise and gives relaxness feeling to our body.

When we are going to perform it make sure the environment should be quiet. First you will sit on the floor, our both hands should be on our knee and close your eyes then we will start saying this word AUM. Make sure while doing this exercise your full constration should be on your breath.



TYPES OF MEDITATION:

There are nine popular types of meditation practice:

mindfulness meditation

spiritual meditation

focused meditation

movement meditation

mantra meditation

transcendental meditation

progressive relaxation

loving-kindness meditation

visualization meditation


How much it is important:

Well we all know that the MEDITATION have a lot of benifits. according to the present situation people are facing a lot of problem like anxiety ,stress ,overthinking, depression etc. and the biggest problem is that we are taking it very lightly we can know the harmful effects of this by recent incident of Sushant Singh Rajput who was an Indian actor. He was going through depression ( according to recent news).
